Terms of Use

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the use of the online service omnix.now (the omnix.now website, the web agent console, the Omnix CLI and their related APIs; hereinafter the “Service”), provided by the Administration.

1.2. By using the Service — including registration, launching an agent in the browser, signing in via the Omnix CLI, paying for services or obtaining access to materials — the User confirms that they have fully read these Terms and accept them in full.

1.3. If the User does not agree with the Terms, they must stop using the Service.

2. Nature of the services and digital goods

2.1. The Service provides digital goods and services of an intangible nature, including but not limited to: access to AI models and agents, computing infrastructure, informational and educational materials, digital products and support services.

2.2. Materials provided through the Service may include:

  • information from open sources;
  • proprietary materials of the Administration and/or third parties;
  • responses generated by AI models, analytical reviews, compilations, recommendations and structured data.

2.3. The User understands and agrees that the value of the Service's digital goods and services lies in their systematization, analysis, presentation, support and updates, rather than in the exclusivity of any individual fragment of information.

2.4. The Service does not claim or guarantee the uniqueness, exclusivity or unavailability of individual elements of the materials outside the Service.

2.5. The User understands that AI-model responses are generated automatically, may contain inaccuracies and do not constitute professional (legal, financial, medical or other) advice.

3. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

3.1. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis.

3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:

  • that the Service will meet the User's expectations;
  • the achievement of any financial, commercial, professional or other results;
  • uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service;
  • the accuracy, completeness or applicability of responses generated by AI models.

3.3. The Administration is not liable for:

  • any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits;
  • the consequences of the User applying the materials received;
  • the acts or omissions of third parties;
  • temporary technical failures and access restrictions.

3.4. All decisions on applying the materials, recommendations and services are made by the User independently and at their own risk.

4. Lawful use

4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organize or facilitate unlawful activity.

4.2. The User undertakes to use the Service solely within the bounds of applicable law and third-party rules.

4.3. Responsibility for the lawful use of the Service's materials and services rests entirely with the User.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. All materials placed within the Service are protected by intellectual-property law.

5.2. The User is prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, transferring to third parties or otherwise using the Service's materials without the rightsholder's permission.

5.3. Infringement of intellectual-property rights may result in restriction of access to the Service without compensation.

6. Restriction of access

6.1. The Administration may suspend or restrict the User's access to the Service in the event of:

  • a breach of these Terms;
  • detected abuse, including attempts to circumvent limits or to overload the Service through automation;
  • requirements of the law or of payment providers.

6.2. Restriction of access does not release the User from obligations that arose earlier.

6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create heightened risks for the Service, payment providers or third parties.

7. Payments and refunds

7.1. Payment for services and digital goods (including the Omnix Pro subscription) is made on the terms stated in the Service prior to payment.

7.2. Owing to the intangible nature of the digital goods and services, no refund is made after access has been granted, except in the cases set out below.

7.3. A refund is possible only if:

  • the service was not rendered due to a technical fault of the Service;
  • access to the digital good was in fact not granted.

7.4. To have a refund considered, the User must contact support (support@omnix.now) within 24 hours of payment.

7.5. The decision on a refund is made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.

7.6. The User undertakes not to initiate a payment reversal (chargeback) through payment systems without first contacting the Service's support.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. The Administration may collect the minimum necessary technical data to operate the Service.

8.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee the absolute security of transmitted information.

8.3. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Changes to the terms

9.1. The Administration may amend these Terms.

9.2. The current version of the Terms is published in the Service.

9.3. Continued use of the Service constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Contact information

10.1. For any questions, the User may contact support at support@omnix.now or through the form in the Service.

By using the Service — including creating an account, launching an agent in the browser or signing in via the Omnix CLI — the User confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them in full.
